After unveiling the Tuono 660 Concept at EICMA last year alongside the RS 660 sportbike, Aprilia looks set to develop the mid-weight naked as a production model. The engine could be making around 100hp.

These details of the power figure are not surprising taking into count that Aprilia announced the same output for an A2 version of the RS 660 model.

The electronics package could also be similar to the RS 660 and if that leaked info is true this should put the Tuono 660 in the upper class of the middleweight naked segment alongside rivals like the Triumph Street Triple RS and KTM 790 Duke.

Furthermore, the Italian naked bike could also feature cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, up and down quick-shifter, engine braking control, three road riding modes, two-track riding modes and cruise control.
